Frequently asked questions about pricing
Can I change my plan at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade to Pro or Ultra, or go back to the free plan anytime from Settings, with no penalty.
Do I need a credit card for the free plan?
No. The free plan doesn’t require any payment method.
What’s the difference between Pro and Ultra?
Both have unlimited messages with fair use. Ultra gives you more of everything each month: more answers with sources, more documents and more image searches, plus features coming soon, like the weekly report and collaborative mode.
What happens to my courses if I downgrade from Pro or Ultra to the free plan?
Nothing. All your courses, tasks and chats stay: the free plan doesn’t limit how many courses you have. What changes are the AI allowances.
